Just wanted to post May's garden highlights. It is now June and while not yet officially summer, it might as well be.  My gardening comes to a halt when it gets unbearably hot, but I just scored a ton of give-aways from work, so I'll have to plant them sometime soon!

Also, there has been quite a bit of activity from the wildlife lately.  At work I saw a catbird peck a snake away from its territory (I assume a nest nearby).  I'm not sure if this rabbit (above) is still living in my yard, but it sure was last month, and I've spied his brethren in both my front and back yards.  Annnndddd -- the turtle is back!  We have a turtle who visits this massive lavender plant in my backyard.  Well, she's been back.  Plus another guy in the front yard.  It's been wild around here -- I'll post pics and vids in another post.  In the meantime, enjoy the flowers!
