Saturday was a day spent in beautiful Italy. We came from Chamonix in the evening and tackled some crazy driving en route to our hotel. Pizza was devoured, adventures were had. One of the highlights of our visit was a stop at a contemporary art museum on the way out of town held in a renovated castle (the Castle of Rivoli). The exhibits were interesting, the food at the cafe was pretty good, and the view of the city was fabulous. Then back on the highway to sweet Talloires. We listened to some of WFMU's The Best Show for the ride home.
